RC CAR WORKSHOP AND STUNT SHOW IN CHENNAI
This RC car workshop was held at JEPPIAAR ENGINEERING COLLEGE, CHENNAI-119 ON SEPTEMBER, 2010, followed by the RC car racing at the SAE Convention, 2010. This workshop received about 140 students from 21 different colleges across tamil nadu. It was a 2 day wokshop which had 4 sessions of complete design and development works in Radio control cars. The workshop shop session was handled by Mr.Sri Hari, RC Car Trainer, PSG tech, Coimbatore.

The Detailed description of Sessions in the Workshop:
DAY 1:
Session 1- ( 10am- 12.00pm)
a.) Introduction To RC cars and its types.
b.) RC car basic Terms and Components
c.) Introduction to Aerodynamics
d.) Racing Aerodynamics
e.) Questioning hour.......???
(lunch- 12.00pm-1.00pm)
Session 2- ( 1.00pm- 3pm)
a.) Hands on session By RC car Expert(in this you could get complete idea about RC cars)b.) Sharing of RC Expert's Experience on racing fields and how to handle a race condition.
c.) Question and Answer session.
DAY 2:
Session 3- (9am- 10am)
a.) Details on Components to be fabricatedb.) Basic Driving and Break-in Techniques
c.) Basic Tuning Procedures
d.) Fine Tuning for Racing
e.) After Run Maintenance.
Session 4- (10am- 12.30pm)( Labview Simulation Software Basics)
a.) Expert teaching about the Automobile Simulation Software- Labview .
b.) Explaining about the Labview simulation in Real-time Environment.
c.) Implementing Labview software in Final year Projects .
(lunch- 12.30pm-1.30pm)
Session 4- (1.30pm- 4pm) (On RC track)
c.) How to control RC cars on the Challenging Off-Road RC car Track
d.) Expert Advice on Driving RC cars on Track.
e.) Stunt show By Experts....
If you are coming as a team of 5 members...you could get the workshop for the fee of:
Workshop Fee: Rs.2000/ team of 5 members
If you wish to attend the Workshop as a individual...you could attend..by paying Rs.500 per head
